11/09/10 Back to the journal it's the key to success in writing everything down. I sure didn't lose a great amount this week but some is better than none and better than gaining. I put my mile walk/run in along with a fairly good workout. I've done well watching what I ate. Looking forward to dropping again next Tuesday. Hope it's two pounds but as long as it's a drop I'll take it. Also have to pat myself on the back and say I've made sure to drink at least eight glasses of water. I can see now that Feb. is right around the corner and I'm not down half way yet, looks as if this will take me another year to get where I want to go. Slow and steady wins the race and that's what I'm doing and as I get closer to my goal I know it will slow down which means I'll need to step my game up. What a blessing to have my health/very few problems w/the back and overall I feel better each day.
