I'm back on track. Did my 3rd day of Phase 2, P90X this morning. I'm not trying to stick with 50% protein, but I am generally trying to keep my protein up (Particularly on weight lifting days). I'm happy to be making some progress again.
121.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
