CROSS MY HEART AND HOPE TO DIET

I did an hour on the elliptical. I didn't want to get on it, so I laid out all the clothes I would wear after my shower and told myself that by the time I was in those clothes I would feel good about myself and what I've done.

I also picked out a super expensive body-wash that is for after workout showers ONLY, as a pampering tool. It worked.

And... here I am, getting ready to shower and change into my post workout clothes. :)

I hope you all find your motivation today. Today is one day in many, and with many days like today you can find yourself thinner, happier and healthier.

You are very inspiring. I don't exercise, I hate it. You 'almost' make me want to do it. I have a glider, tony little, that I have used for about a week, then lost interest again. How do you make yourself do it? I liked your incentive of nice clothes and special shower gel. I am just basically SO lazy. I hate to sweat.
