I went for a walk today. A short one, but I did it. That is good. It was a cooking day. I made pancakes with ricotta topping and apples for breakfast, pumpkin soup for lunch, and chinese stir fry for dinner. Mostly vegetables so I am under my calorie count.

Good for you. Short walks can eventually turn into long walks. Any exercise helps. Your right the cool weather is sometimes motivating. Wish you were cooking for me. Everything sounds healthy and delicious. I love fall foods. Hope you have a great week.
