Sunday: Not much moving around... Monday Only a little more moving around than yesterday... Tuesday Swam 18 laps in a bit over 30 minutes, walked for an hour Wednesday Not much moving again today. Thursday A little walking and physical therapy exercises...those hurt using ill-used muscles trying to balance the body. Friday Swam 20 laps for 1000 yds. then a bit of treading water. Still have the PT stuff to do. :) Saturday OMG Helped someone move house today...probably walked up AND down 1000 stairs plus many more steps. Carrying stuff!!!
