Today I started Atkins. I bought two boxes of bars and a pack of shakes. I ate 3 bowls of chicken stew, a Quaker fiber bar, an Atkins bar, and some relaxation tea. I'm hoping to sign up for the gym across the street so I can start swimming.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
