1.I am fat
2. I drink far too much wine
3. I do not exercise
I need to
1. Loose weight ( 50lb)
2. Change the habit of drinking wine - for drinking water and herbal teas
3. Start exercise programme
I need to get more information about the specific needs of my body. Get a health check and control my cholesterol, detox for my arthritis and increase sleeping hours to 8 hours.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
