My weight losshad slowed down! I'm trying not to give up
276.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont give up!! I am in the same boat right now..... I am sticking to it!!! I feel so much better and I want to be skinny (hence my login name) Keep up the work and it will pay off.

I see your not eating enuf carbs or veggies unless your not logging everything. Make sure your eating your full 20 NET carbs a day and in that having your 12-15 net carbs of veggies. Also drink up to 64 oz of water a day. You cant starve yourself and there is no reason to..
