DAY ONE!
Today I started by walking around the complex and eating 2 clementine oranges. One bottle of water while walking as well.
Went to see my Psychiatrist and we both agreed on a med decrease so I'm not so sleepy and have more energy.
Lunch included 10 Chicken nuggets with honey mustard and a regular Reeses McFlurry.
At around 3pm I will be walking to and from Drake's school when he gets out.
Dinner will be fish sticks and green beans.
