Really feeling awsome and doing a great job on my Cruise to Lose Challenge. I am having so much fun learning new healthy food. And I found out about the awsome 24 hr gym. 9:00 at night and having the whole gym to myself is so liberating.

Well it is bed time better get my rest for some more weight lose challenges tomorrow.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 147.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks BT. That pretty much summed up all the things that I have learned over the past few months. I am trying to incoroprate them. The eating 6 times a day has by far been the hardest for me but it does work. It is all about the planning and having the stuff on hand. Thanks again and I would love to try some of the things that you have posted for meals they sound awsome.
