pranzo: manciata di pop corn (10-20 gr), un biscotto chocolate chip cookie di medie dimensioni, una ciccolata calda istantanea (50 kcal)
cena: carote cotte circa 100 gr con un cucchiaino d'olio, spinaci crudi con un cucchiaino d'olio e 40 gr formaggio fresco
2 manciate di cornflakes e uvetta
