Happy loss this last week 3 lbs.
Then, of course, these last few days of eating pretty ineffectively...too much, not great choices. *sigh* I can pull it out now and get back to the more effective habits I've been forming.
Still not experiencing the big cravings since I stopped the MSG and HFCS. I'm sure I get some of those, probably every time we go out to eat since I'm mostly cooking at home. I suppose I could also get crazy about it and freakily try to avoid every single thing on the website lists...ha! there are extremists everywhere, right! I think I'll continue along the moderate route.
I've had ONE packet of equal in these three weeks. And not a single diet soda...regular root beer in a float only once. That in itself is kind of amazing.
Depression is challenging me to move...some days I manage to overcome inertia, sometimes not so much. It won't last forever even if it seems endless. It tends to come in cycles, it's just I can't see the end of it when I'm in it. Trudge trudge trudge...
