another day. went pretty well. i have GOT to get veggies incorporated into my diet/lifestyle. i am 5'2" so my extra lbs show really bad. i am a grandma with health issues. hepatitis c and fibromyalgia. both are obstacles for exercise. if anyone has advice i would welcome it. need all the help i can get. bring it on.....
