Today is the first day of starting my diet ......again. I have a back issue that needs surgery to fix it but as the surgeon said "my body mass index is too great for the surgery to hold".
Why is it that its no secret that I'm over weight but the minute someone points out the obvious I'm devestated? Anyway I have many many many pounds to get off before I can fix my back so its time to get serious and do this.
