So I have totally changed up what I was doing , after doing cardio cardio cardio straight for 3 years yes it helped me drop 125 pounds, but the last 30 lbs have been stuck on the last year, so I have taken up body building, I have totally changed my diet too, no more sugar, or white bread, it really isn't that hard once you do it for a couple of weeks, and it breaks ur addiction from food.
