I think that I'm starting to eat all the wrong stuff. Went to a support group Wednesday and listened to a lot of people talk about how they did't eat bread or red meat. WELL I eat it all!!! Let us not forget that candy is my friend and peanut chews are enjoyed almost everyday. I have to remind myself that everyone is different and I don't eat large portions and one piece of candy is not going to kill me. I continue to lose but not at the rate I would like. I joined a gym and work out 3 days a week with my mother. My goal is to lose 5 pounds the month of November.
