Gained 5 lbs. and starting over with a new plan. I have taken on the beach body challenge and am doing the 10 min. trainer videos, shakeology and watching my food intake.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
