Still not exercising. However, I think that I am getting a grip on my eating. I made chocolate chip cookies with my granddaughter last night. I really enjoyed it. I put flax meal in the recipe and she did not even notice. She ate four cookies before I finally put a stop to it. I told her that she could take them all home for her and her brother to eat on for the next week. I had one small cookie, carb wise it did not hurt me. I've not baked in forever, it was nice. I am still not exercising the way I was. I need to start that today. The grandkids are coming over to spend the night tonight so that means a trip to the grocery store to get them a treat since I do not keep a whole lot of stuff in the house to munch on, as far as what they like that is. They will be taking that home also.
