I found out I have some medical concerns that may be hindering my weight loss. Of course since ive found out I have been eating some things I normally dont allow myself to eat. Ive started the radiology program as well and im sitting in lecture 3 days a week so im working on getting on a routine work out plan even if its only my treadmill in the hot garage for now. I have been able to lose a tiny bit but my goal is to be down to 160 by my 30th bday which is creeping up quicker than I expected!
