Trying something new but I am having a hard time staying in control around my school schedule. Considering breakfast is coffee @ 7 then at I don't get lunch (which is usually an apple and salad) until 2 and the back to class@5, Dinner gets eaten at lunch or close too it. I might need to buy a cooler for my car so fast-food won't tempt me when I'm starving. I must say I have been good sofar.

Dear Dgibbis, i think it is fantastic that you are sticking to your diet, congrats! I am sure you have already heerd this but I thought I would just let know a personal story. I had a really hectic schedule and was not eating breakfast a couple of years ago and was having a really tough time losing weight. Then I started eating breakfast nothing huge usually oatmeal (plain not the sweetened kind) with a piece of fruit or toast with peanut butter and all of a suddenI stared to lose weight quickly. I am sure that it was because the breakfast was revving up my metabolism. Even though you are busy I would absolutely suggest that you start trying to fit some breakfast in and you may find it makes a difference.
