7:30 am Coffee with cinnamon
8:40 am Snack Bar with 20oz water
12 noon Egg omelet (with spinach, mushrooms and green peppers) and celery sticks with 20 oz decaf vanilla blackberry decaf tea
3:00 pm Chicken Soup with 20 oz of water
