Well my day off and I had a day of running didn't really eat well pretty much snacked all day till dinner then I had Mexican and I'm only 1 pt over and I'm under 1200 cals! way over on fat though so I guess that's nothing to brag about tomorrow I start back on my regular schedule and I've got my lunch and snacks packed. wish me luck.
