So I've been deluding myself that I was not gaining weight because my clothes all still fit me fine. But a doctor visit last week proved me wrong. I've got buckle down and lose 40 pounds and I want to do it the right way and start retraining myself to eat better. I was diganosed with moderate sleep apnea and I might have Asthma.
