I do a lot of squats in my kickboxing video...don't give up! After a week it's not so bad. The first couple of days DID require some Advil. :)

you are so right ...Advil has been my friend :-) getting so much sugar out of my life has given me a detox headache but even with the headache my energy is up so I see a light at the end of this tunnel :-) what kickboxing video do you do?

I have heard about people doing a squat challenge, where can I get the details?

I use the 10 minute Solution: Kickbox Bootcamp. I really like it but I've never done another one to compare. The 10 minute segments make me feel like there's an end, plus I can choose which segments I want to do. Ususally I pick 3 or 4 depending on the amount of time that I have.

I have a chart but not sure where to get it online you can probably google it...It starts out with 30 on the first day and by the end of the month you will be at 250......today I need to get 130 in...it really does strengthen you...I use the 10 minute Pilates video on the exercise ball..you can pick which area to work on and you would think 10 minutes is nothing but WHEW!! it is challenging :-) Id love to do kickboxing or zumba....need to shop for some new dvds or games

Be very careful with those monthly challenge spreadsheets. My wife is a personal trainer and most of her peers she's spoken with state those carry a large risk for injury as you progress to the more difficult daily counts. Anything that doesn't give you adequate rest from the targeted area for exercise increases your risk for injuries. Not knowing the table you're working from I can't say for certain that your sheet is a risk but in general those are not a recommended routine, after the completion in a month, where do you go from there? Good luck!
