Coming back to start putting down what i eat again....been eating a lot less lately, and I've lost 7 pounds already just doing that, without excercise. I'm just going to do what I can when I can and not worry too much about it!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
