Air Force man's Journal, 12 August 2013

Today I'm 214 lbs. According to Doctors, I'm Obese for my height. I must lay off the beer, and quit eating late night snacks. I have chose the Fat flush diet. I will walk alot, and eat veggies and fruit mostly, with chicken for my meat choice. I can normally lose weight quickly, esp if I lay off the beer, and am hoping to lose atleast 2lbs per week. If I'm successful, it will take me about a half of year to reach my goal weight of 170 lbs. Thats including setbacks. Off I go!!!!
