Well man. I look around other peoples exercise diaries and I feel like I'm not doing a lot. However, I DID reduce the FS BMR they gave me, and I'm trying to figure out how to reduce it more... I looked it up again and my current weight I only burn 1434. I have to definitely keep my calories below 1434 always.

I played with the dog for a little today, but man, I don't know how he can play fetch for hours at a time! He even wanted to play at night, but lost his ball in the dark, lol... He tires me out. He still doesn't want to come inside, or maybe he does, but he doesn't like the cats (not in an aggressive way, in a more fearful way). I made an appointment to get him fixed next week. It's more expensive than I thought but I know the doctor is good. Also, I think we're going to build him a dog house on the porch for winter, someplace where we can plug in a heated blanket for him, and block the wind... I was talking to my friend about her bf's outside dog, and she told me she felt bad for him but they get used to it, and they get a thicker coat. And since possibly Spencer might become a duck dog, or at least be playing in the cold H2O - he needs a thicker coat and stuff. I know I won't be putting him in a situation that is uncomfortable... I'll do whatever it takes to make sure it's as nice as possible for him! :D

I did my Biggest Loser - I restarted and I weighed myself without my shoes on on my balance board, 135. I still set the challenge to lose 4lbs in 8 weeks - so still pretty slow. BUT These workouts make me SWEAT and SORE! I love it though. So, it seems like I work out every other day with Biggest Loser, so one of my days off of that I'll do my step aerobics. I may not workout as LONG anymore, but I'm thinking that I'm doing stuff a little more intense, for ~30mins a day ~5/7 days a week. We'll see :)

Oh- Saw Jackass 3D - HILARIOUS and kinda gross. :D
