Today begins a new way of eating, snacking, and fluid intake. Going on vacation in 11 weeks, and haven't seen my family in 3+ years. I want to feel proud of who I've become and what I've accomplished. Currently I don't feel comfortable in my own skin. This is the heaviest I've even been and I don't like it.

Motivation... dig deep, push forward!
