OK-the first week big drop was good. I'm excited. I hope to keep it going through week 2! I'm going to Disney in a little less than 3 months and I want to drop 20 lbs by then. It's going to be close!
240.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
