i pigge out this weekend, i got caught up in the 7 layer dip this weekend, i ate too much! i had donuts, muffins, soda, and really took advantage of not having my shakes, i knew it was wrong when i was eating it, next week i will do better at weigh in, i have picked up and started over yesterday.
