FBS 160 Cookies last night. I wasn't even hungry. Emotional eating. I have craved sweets at night for a week now. Think I am premenstrual, curses to it. I am 54 ... when will it stop? But then I guess that's a whole other set of issues, LOL. Just have to take each day anew.
