Down 2 pounds!! I'm so excited! I know all the tricks of the trade as far as losing weight. Now I'm back to putting them into practice. I've gone from 135 to 168 in less than two years. I'm an emotional eater...and it shows! No more excuses...the neck injury is passed me now and so is that other thingy ;) Moving forward, not looking back. FEELING GOOD!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you and to you also. THis is not a pretty good site. I've been here mostly off more than on but support is great and keeping track of your food helps too. I'm not devoted to that all the time but I try. GOOD LUCK and Keep in touch!
