I usually don't have much of an appetite in the morning but I know it's important for me to have something before work other than coffee. Usually I would have a granola bar or an english muffin, but I saw some high fiber oatmeal at the store last week so I got some. I can do oatmeal. I like fiber. I switched to a brand of soy milk that't only one point per serving...that also has fiber. I didn't realize that until later. I've had oatmeal and a cup of soy milk for breakfast all week.

The good news: I haven't gotten hungry before lunch time at all this week.

The bad news: When I'm not hungry and I have something to keep myself busy (like work), I'm not worried about food. I don't eat. I planned my meals for the week under the assumption that I'd have two snacks a day. A few of those days, I didn't snack at all. I'm ending up with a lot of points left every day. It seems silly to me to eat more than what my body is satisfied with, even though I know I need to use all of my points.

Well, maybe next week I should try doing something different for dinner.
