Motivated and ready to start again. 2 pounds by Friday, 32 oz of plain water daily and exercise 3 days this week. That is my goal. Hopefully I can stick with it.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
