Attended a fashion show last nite, hot wings, turkey/ham club sandwiches, pineapple/honey dew mellons, strawberries, red punch and peanut butter/oatmeal cookies.... I HAD """"NOOOONNNEEE""""" OF IT (yeah) FOR 2.5 HOURS though I was 1 of 8 at the table! YES! I ATTENDED A FOOd AFFAIR! STAYED THE COURSE OF PROTOCAL AT PUBLIC EVENT...
189.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.1 lb a week

SAAAYYY WHAAT! I thought your were bad...but NOW I KNOW you bad! Team Transformers and QueenDyva, keep the EYE OF THE TIGER...we are gonna get you into the 140's...steady, no stress. Don't let anyone say "oh just try it...You won't gain weight from a little bit of this?" They are not the ones that have to look at your size very day? They are not helping you to lose the weight! Stay prepared a all times! An apple in your purse, a pack of Stevia, a pack of Walden Farms Dressing! Preparation so you won't get in a pinch! You got it! GO FOR IT!
