Shortly after I began this program I got sick with quite a nasty flue. I am still trying to get rid of the cough, nasal congestion and croopiness that accompanies it. Yesterday was the first time since I got sick that I felt like doing any thing. SO I walked to the quick shop that my son works at and got my self a small candy bar and a Pepsi. I don't eat candy very often and it's been a while since I had a soda, so I felt it was OKAY to do it.
