Tracking calories daily. going over 2000cal. often, but still eating less than I did back when overeating at my worst. I'd bet it was 12k-18k calories in a day on a very regular basis.
276.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
