Starting a Primal Challenge with my son today. 42 days long.

My goals:
1. 80/20 Primal.
2. With a strong focus on No grains and No beer.
3. 3-4 walks with my Dad (88 yrs) around the park walk. About a 1/2 mile.
4. Support my son in his challenge. Helps keep me moving forward with it despite all the distractions and developed bad habits!!
239.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 104.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
