I so did not do my push-ups or sit-ups last night. There were so many opportunities to do them but I just didn't. I knew I would be stressing over it today. I should have just done them. After all I did sign up for the challenge. It'll never happen again. I'm trying to get healthy and need this. I don't understand why no one has written me yet. I still don't know how to use the site but thought that writing in my journal would get me a friend or two to help keep me going.
