Had a pretty good day today. Got in my exercise- a walk with Brayden while Ellie was at Preschool and then Day 2 of the 30 day Shred. I really didn't feel like doing it and then thought to myself about how I promised to do this for 30 days and at day 2 I wanted to give up. Not really give up but just not do it- is there a difference though? I am going to commit to this. So, I guess that is pretty much it- normal day. Coached Ellie's soccer practice and tomorrow I'll do Alexa's. I want to feel better about myself and I do when I stick to my diet. Overeating and not eating healthy makes me feel like crap. It puts me in a bad mood... I promise myself that I will do better. I can do this, I've done it before. This time it is so much harder.
