I need to start going to bed earlier ... I eat dinner at about 5:30 and I am fine in the evening ... then around midnight, 12:30 I get hungry again, I mean it's been 7 hours ... Usually I do not eat but sometimes I am too hungry and do eat something! If I could get my butt into bed at 10 or 11 I could avoid all that.
