i weighed myself a gew weeks ago and was disapointed to find my weight at 18st 7lb. i was depressed and didnt want to record it. i felt very bloat and have to have a scan to eliminate any ovarian problems. however i weighed myself yesterday and am now 18st 3lb the weight i started fat secrets around the 27th august. i had an induction for the gym yesterday for a 10 week life matters course, which involves 2 1hour sessions a week in the gym for the 10weeks which takes me up to christmas. so here i am on track again and willing to do the 10week challenge to christmas ! my weight was recorded yesterday at 18st 3lb 255 lbs so off i go ! xx
