I thought that it would get harder as I went along, but I am actually getting very used to this life style change and I am liking it more and more. I feel great about myself at the end of the day and I feel even better the next day when I wake up. I have done very well on my calorie intake, except that I still need to work on eating less carbs. But all is well right now as I have lost another 1/2 pound this morning. :-)
170.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Let's do this Gina! Even though I haven't been doing so well lately, I am proof that if we stick with it, eat right, and exercise, that we can do this because I've done it before (30-frickin' pounds I lost!). I am having somewhat of a hard time getting started again but I know it'll kick in. I've just been so busy with class - these are condensed summer courses so the workload is extremely high and very time consuming. Still, I've got to rid myself of the excuses and get out there and exercise. (A little less drinking would help too - boating, golfing, and hanging out with friends are all culprits of this...eeeeverybody drinks out here! LOL) So, no time like the present to get started! Hahaha... yes we can do this! I have lost 4 pounds since I started my diet this past Friday! I have been really watching my calories and what I put into my body... this website is fantastic! I am so glad you told me about this! It is tough I know especially now that we are older haha... but I will motivate you and you can motivate me! And also, I miss you terribly! :-)
