Mood: Confident

After a bit of research, I decided that the 5:2 diet could help. I plan to regularly exercise, though I will take it easy on my fasting days. I really hope this works!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
