despite my boyfriends birthday last Sunday and a wedding yesterday I have still managed to lose 2 lbs. i have been walking a half hour more then i usually do at least 3 out of seven days. and being more conscious about what i eat.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
