I was so busy over the weekend that I didn't have time to even turn on my computer. My brothers flew in from NY to surprise my Mom for her birthday. We took her out to dinner at LaSalle Grill. She was very surprised. Then Sat. we had 2 soccer games in the morning and then off to my sister in law's house in MI for my nephew's birthday. Sunday was the normal Sunday School and Church and by then I was exhausted... I ended up taking a nap after lunch. I did manage a bike ride Sunday evening and that felt good. So, I am trying to make up for all the eating on the run that I did over the weekend. Today I am back on track. Just when I loose 2 lbs, I gain it back. Got in good exercise today- The Shred 1 and a Fit in 5 workout which I had never done before (both are from On Demand). So, I am trying my best to get back into the groove. I am going to follow the 30 day Shred Program- wish me luck!
