I am beginning day one of a new diet/exercise plan. Today my weight was at 173 pounds. This is the biggest I have ever been, so I am very motivated to lose the weight. I ride a lot on my bicycle and have begun to learn inline skating. I hope to achieve a weight of 120 pounds which was my weight only 2 years ago. I can do it!!!
