July 8,2013 First day of my Henery Ford Medical Weight loss 12 week program (phase #1.). Starting weight is 309.2 a loss of 8lb.... So I am happy forsure only 9lb away from my first goal to be under 300lb.. Its probably been at least 20 + years sence I have sean a waight under 300lb!! My goal is to be under 300lb by the end of July.... 299 I am on my way to my long term goal of 250lb by my daughters Wedding Oct.31,2013..
