Joined Weight Watchers....started out fabulous....second meeting fell on the 4th of July...so no meeting.....by the weekend I was a trainwreck...no tracking. My husband noticed me eating very unhealthy and said "Is this a free day?".....uh, no....ww doesn't have free days! Found a meeting on Monday....lost 5.2 pounds....back on the wagon!
