It was our Summer Fayre last week and I've been so busy with that, coming in early and staying back late that I've let the diet lapse. Plus I hurt my back moving heavy boxes which meant I haven't been able to exercise either. But I'm feeling a bit better now so here's hoping .... no ....here's definitely .... to a better weigh in this week :-)
210.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
